By using minimal subcontractors, Brian and his knowledgeable crew control at least 75 percent of each house they build – but of course they stand behind every project 100 percent and even offer a three-year warranty on all workmanship. Every Maxey Custom Homes subcontractor must meet strict criteria for knowledge of their trade, quality workmanship and on-time delivery. They are the tops in their respective fields. They have to be, or they don’t work on Maxey homes.
